Coming UP:

Seder Plate (DUE THURSDAY 4/12) Instructions:
  1. use SS text (p.147) and draw the six foods of the Seder plate
  2. label and identify the symbolism of each food item on the plate
  3. on the back of the plate, WRITE "THE FOUR QUESTIONS OF SEDER"  AND answer them on the back of the plate. (You will need to find a reputable resource--a Jewish friend or neighbor OR Jewish website to correctly/properly answer these questions).
1. On all other nights we eat bread or matza, while on this night we eat only matza?
2. On all other nights we eat all kinds of vegetables and herbs, but on this night we have to eat bitter herbs.?
3. On all other nights we don't dip our vegetables in salt water, but on this night we dip them twice?
4. On all other nights we eat while sitting upright, but on this night we eat reclining?
