  • ENGLISH: corrected last night's HW and took Clause Quiz; students finished 2.3 Ex.2 "Revising Sentences" pp.38-39 and submitted to Google Classroom; rest of period spent working on Vocabulary Workshop---Completing the Sentence pp.29-30
  • MATH 8:00 class fished pg 36 and worked on Ws 1-6... 9:00 class corrected HW worked on WS 1-6 
  • PE
  • LITERATURE: read Ch.25-27 in CRASH and worked on citing examples of discriminatory behavior within the text
  • RELIGION: students created their own Study Guides for S.3 (submitted to GC) then worked on a Personal Covenant activity
  • SOCIAL STUDIES: time given to complete Vocabulary Workshop (with teacher assistance if needed); then rest of period spent on STONE AGE WEBQUEST
  • SCIENCE took notes on Earthquakes, watched video clip of 1964 Alaskan quake

  • ENGLISH: students took 3 online Vocabulary Workshop review quizzes for highest score; then completed & corrected "Synonyms & Antonyms"; notes on Dependent vs. Independent Clauses; 2.3 Eliminating Extra Words p.37
  • MATH 8:00 class learned about Integers, 9:00 class learned about adding them
  • MUSIC 
  • SPANISH
  • RELIGION: p.231 "God Chooses Noah" and ART PRINT--Building Noah's Ark; then, students worked with partners to look up given scriptures and summarize for "Words of Wisdom"
  • SOCIAL STUDIES: students were given a Stone Age Webquest to begin their Digital Notebooks and record their findings
  • SCIENCE read pages 42-51 discussed earthquakes

  • MATH (8:00 class) took quiz  (9:00 class) took quiz worked on word problems
  • LITERATURE: students shared their research findings on Quakers and The Penn Relays; then class watch short video clips to fill in the blanks; covered Ch. 21-24 in CRASH
  • SPANISH
  • RELIGION: Meditational Prayer & Journaling---"Changing Focus" (1 Corinthians 13:13)
  • SOCIAL STUDIES: took, corrected, and recorded Ch.1, L.1 Quiz; class started Ch.1, L.2
