  • ENGLISH: U.3 Practice Spelling test given and corrected with students; teacher modeled on SMARTBOARD the tedious process of Revising sentence by sentence for Attar stories
  • MATH (8:00 class) took notes on Mean, Median and Mode (9:00 class0 took notes on Evaluating and writing Algebraic expressions
  • PE
  • LITERATURE: AR time
  • RELIGION: students submitted Jesus' Family Trees; rest of period spend reviewing S.6 Faith in God chapter and creating a study guide

lascaux caves virtual tour

TODAY IN 6A: 

  • ENGLISH: students were allowed to complete Crash Diamante Collages in class; then==> REVISE "Attar" stories by choosing better, more descriptive verbs and rewording scenes
  • MATH (8:00 class) corrected HW, did problems on the white board  (9:00 class) Took Chp 1 Test
  • MUSIC
  • SPANISH
  • RELIGION: pp.36-38
  • SOCIAL STUDIES: 6A started Ancient Tool Presentations and took a virtual tour through Lascaux cave of France; 6B read "Cro-Magnons: Modern Humans" pp.110-113 and finished class with a virtual tour of Lascaux
  • SCIENCE Took Chp 2 Test

6A HOMEWORK: 

  • RELIGION: do the research and create a hand drawn family tree for Jesus.

  • RELIGION: Art Print Joseph and the Coat of Many Colors---"Jesus, Descendant of Jacob's" p.234
  • SOCIAL STUDIES: Ch.1 Early Peoples Test; most students had time to begin
